Infuse Restaurant
Enjoy innovative Australian cuisine and professional service at Infuse restaurant. Hemisphere’s executive chef and culinary team can tailor a menu for your event - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Infuse can seat up to 250 people for large events or small groups can be catered for.

Swirl Bar
Swirl, Hemisphere’s relaxed bar, is ideal for networking over informal drinks or a fully-catered cocktail function. Swirl can be booked as a separate space or booked in combination with Infuse restaurant, to suit your event.
