Our Executive Chef sources the finest produce to create a modern Australian style à la carte menu. Hemisphere’s culinary team can tailor a menu for your breakfast, lunch, cocktail party or dinner.
Swirl Bar is the ideal location for networking over informal drinks, a fully catered function or just to relax at the end of your day. Swirl can be booked as a separate space or in combination with Infuse Restaurant to suit your event.
Infuse Restaurant offers space for up to 240 seated guests for a breakfast, lunch or dinner presentation with integrated audio visual equipment adding a professional edge to your event.
Lunch is not available on weekends and dinner is not available on Fridays and weekends in both room service and Infuse Restaurant. Weekend and Friday evening dining are available in Infuse Restaurant for private use large group bookings only.
