Our breakfast seminar at Hemisphere was a great success. The staff were extremely accommodating, switched on and pleasant to deal with at all times, no matter what the request.

A big thank you to the team at Hemisphere. Our conference ran really smoothly, thanks in part to the professional handling of our event by Hemisphere. I have received nothing but good feedback from the delegates for the venue and the catering. I have organised
many conferences over the years, and few have gone as smoothly as ours did yesterday.

Absolutely fabulous service, beautiful fresh food and a perfect size space. Oh, and I was also told that the restaurant food was absolutely delicious!

I really feel that the venue contributed greatly to the success of the two day conference. Similar conferences are often held at universities or schools during their holidays, but although they have the required lecture spaces, one usually spends a lot
of time running between different buildings. With Hemisphere everything was close together, all on one level, yet allowed for plenty of room to move about. Your own assistance over the past year was invaluable to us. On the weekend itself, I am full of praise
for all the staff in particular Monika, Jack the technician, and John at Reception. I must also congratulate the hotel and restaurant staff. Both facilities were first class. The food for the conference dinner and the other meals I tasted were excellent.

I have spoken with the Group General Manager and she has been very positive with her feedback – She was very impressed as the staff were most accommodating and the food was good. She made particular mention of your IT guy who was most helpful. She thought the newly upholstered chairs in the foyer were nice. Overall, she was more than happy with Hemisphere as a conference venue and would be happy to use your facilities again. I also find you very easy to work with and look forward to continuing our good relationship with Hemisphere.

I just wanted to let you and all the staff at Hemisphere Conference Centre know how fabulous your service is. My partner travelled with me on my last trip and even he was blown away by how polite, friendly and accommodating all the staff were.

Your professional and courteous approach in the planning and implementation of the program was invaluable in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable conference for delegates and facilitators alike. The facilities, accommodation and catering were excellent, as was the service with which it was provided. As per last year the feedback from delegates and facilitators has been very positive.
Please pass these comments onto all the Hemisphere staff who provided their assistance with cheerfulness and professionalism, often going out of their way to assist us with our requirements.
Again, many thanks for helping us make this year's conference such a success.

I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for everything yesterday. The staff at Hemisphere were very accommodating with our last minute request for afternoon tea and coffee.
We received some really positive feedback regarding the catering and particularly, the accommodation. Staff were really pleased with many aspects of the venue..!!
